Demands:

As the customer sought to adopt cleaner energy solutions for EV charging operations, a stable and efficient power system was required to support continuous operation under demanding environmental conditions. The project aimed to reduce energy costs, improve power reliability, and enable independent operation without reliance on conventional grid infrastructure.

Solution:

PVB deployed an integrated PV + Energy Storage + EV Charging solution, with the 100kW / 241kWh air-cooled Energy Storage System serving as one of the core components of the project. Designed and developed by PVB, the ESS features IP55 outdoor protection, a wide –30°C to 50°C operating range, and intelligent EMS control to optimize energy dispatch, ensuring stable energy management across the entire site in a fully off-grid configuration.

Feedback:

The customer reported reliable system performance and stable EV charging supported entirely by solar energy. By enabling zero electricity cost and zero fuel consumption while eliminating transformer investment, the solution provides a practical and efficient approach to building resilient clean energy infrastructure.
