PVB Showcases Integrated Energy Storage Solutions

At the exhibition, PVB showcased three energy storage solutions illustrating different system configurations and deployment concepts. The exhibits demonstrated solutions applicable across commercial, industrial, and large-scale energy applications.

100kW / 241kWh Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System

PVB presented its 100kW / 241kWh liquid cooling energy storage system, which adopts an all-in-one design integrating energy storage batteries, BMS, PCS, fire protection, liquid cooling units, and energy management functions into a single cabinet. The system features intelligent liquid cooling temperature control and a multi-level protection design to ensure secure and stable operation.

With system efficiency of ≥92% and a cycle life of up to 8,000 cycles, the solution supports peak shaving, capacity management, emergency backup power, and grid balancing applications.

200kWh Photovoltaic Energy Storage Control Cabinet

The photovoltaic energy storage control cabinet was also showcased. The cabinet adopts a coordinated control design for photovoltaic and energy storage systems, integrating core components including a 200kW STS static transfer switch, dual 50kW DC/DC MPPT modules, protection devices, and energy management functions.

The system supports photovoltaic access, energy conversion, and distribution protection, enabling coordinated switching between photovoltaic, energy storage, and grid power sources with switching time below 20 milliseconds and efficiency exceeding 99.5%.

5MWh Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System

PVB further showcased its 5MWh liquid cooling energy storage system featuring a highly integrated containerized design that combines batteries, BMS, EMS, fire protection, and thermal management within a prefabricated unit.

The system adopts intelligent liquid cooling technology and modular architecture to support flexible deployment, convenient transportation, and reliable operation. Designed for applications such as grid regulation, renewable energy integration, and microgrid operation, the system supports large-capacity energy management and stable long-duration operation.
